Research Laboratory
The Research Laboratory is a separate organizational unit. In 1999 it adopted a standardized management system compliant with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard. The Laboratory has been awarded with the Accreditation Certificate No. AB 244 issued by the Polish Centre for Accreditation.
The Research Laboratory aims to conduct its laboratory activities:
- in a competent, impartial and reliable manner,
- in order to obtain reliable and valid results,
- compliant with national and international requirements,
- compliant with national and international requirements,
- in a fair and timely manner.

Product Testing Laboratory
Services offered:
- testing physical and mechanical properties of wood-based panels withing the Scope of Accreditation No AB 244 ,
- testing wood-based panels, artificial veneers backed either with paper or other materials and components, furniture and semi-finished products for the furniture industry, materials used in construction in order to measure formaldehyde emission from them (using chamber method or gas analysis),
- testing for formaldehyde content in wood-based panels (using perforator method)
Industrial Hygiene Laboratory

Workplace measurements in the context of: sound level, general vibrations, local vibrations, dust concentrations of inhalable and respirable fractions, air sampling for chemical agents and industrial dust, electric lighting. Scope of Accreditation

Furthermore, the Research Laboratory offers the following services:
Product Testing Laboratory
- testing the surface resistance of laminated chipboards,
- determining the surface absorption of fibreboards,
- examining the impact of changes in technology or in specific production operations on physical and mechanical parameters and hygienic properties of products,
Industrial Hygiene Laboratory
- taking workplace measurements in terms of: microclimate and efficiency of ventilation systems,
- improving working conditions by: designing soundproof enclosures with determination of expected effects, carrying out specialized noise measurements in order to design noise reduction solutions, specialized measurements of expenditure on ventilation systems and regulation-related costs,
- air quality level measurements: measurements of toxic substances and dust emissions, field noise measurements, development of noise protection zones, designing installations for regeneration of solvents with the execution of the installation elements, assembly and technological start-up.
